MSS40116 core units

There are three core units in the MSS40116 Certificate IV in Sustainable Operations qualification. This qualification is designed for operators, team leaders, supervisors, sustainability officers, sustainability project assistants and similar roles who need to lead or implement sustainability initiatives in a defined section, team or project within an organisation. Together these core units provide a basis for employees to understand the range of sustainability issues in their work area or processes in the context of legislation and compliance requirements. They cover skills for staying aware of sustainability issues, applying a continuous improvement approach, identifying options to address the issues, and knowing what to do to progress the ‘best fit’ options.
